General condition of the rigging and sails
I recently had the roller furling genoa refurbished 4 years ago, ensuring good durability over time. The mainsail is 5 years old and remains in excellent condition for its age. Regarding the spinnakers, I have a symmetric spinnaker with a snuffer that has seen little use, as well as an asymmetric spinnaker also barely used, ideal for sailing under spinnaker. The rigging is complete with a mast-mounted whisker pole and bowsprit, and I have added a lazy bag and lazy jacks to simplify sail handling. Finally, a new solent is stored on a furler and remains to be checked before use.
Interior equipment and comfort
Inside, the boat is equipped with a functional refrigerator, stove, and oven. Hot water is available via 220V and the engine, allowing flexible use depending on needs. There are two marine toilets, one of which is fitted with a black water tank for optimal waste management.
Electrical installation and batteries
The electrical installation is complete with a 4-phase 220V circuit and an integrated charger. I replaced the house batteries in 2024, ensuring optimal autonomy for extended cruising. The engine battery, 4 years old, remains in good condition and sufficient for daily needs.
Exterior and safety equipment
Externally, I have a dinghy with an outboard motor serviced in 2024. The cockpit is equipped with a table and a 5-year-old bimini top, as well as a companionway dodger of the same age. A bow thruster facilitates marina manoeuvres, and a 50-metre anchor with a chain replaced in 2022 ensures good holding at anchor. The liferaft system was serviced in 2024, and I have 6 life jackets, 5 of which were replaced in 2024 for maximum safety.
Electronics and navigation
For navigation, I have installed a Raymarine ST60 navigation system, along with an ST6001 autopilot from the same brand. A radar completes the equipment for enhanced safety in reduced visibility.
Engine and technical capacities
The boat is equipped with a reliable and efficient Volvo DI-30 30 HP engine. The fuel tank has a capacity of 160 litres, allowing for long-distance cruising without frequent refuelling. The boat features 3 cabins and 6 berths, with 2 toilets and a 440-litre water capacity. Hot water is available with a 20-litre tank, sufficient for daily needs.
