Owner's comments
Boat Description
I am selling my Princess 45 Fly in excellent condition, ready to sail. This used boat has been meticulously maintained by professionals to ensure optimal performance.
Maintenance and Reviews
In 2024, I performed a complete engine revision, including cleaning the heat exchangers, replacing the water hoses, and revising the seawater pumps. The bow thruster was also disembarked and revised. An annual hull cleaning was carried out in May 2024, and I replaced the generator (200 hours). Additionally, I refurbished the bridge electronics and replaced 45 meters of new anchor chain.
In 2023, I replaced all the bilge pumps and all the hydraulic steering hoses. I also refurbished the electrical connections, embarked a new freshwater generator, and installed new mixer taps. The engines were repainted, and a 220 V 70-litre water heater was installed.
In 2021, I installed a cable winch, new shore power cables, and carried out primary epoxy hull grinding and sanding. I also installed 2 300 W flexible solar panels.
In 2020, I installed a new flybridge bimini, new service batteries, and hydrolube rings.
In 2019, I embarked a new 3500 W 24V / 220V converter and a freezer.
In 2017, I installed a dishwasher.
