Electrical and energy equipment
I have a shore power charger for optimal battery recharging while docked. A 100W solar panel (model SOLAREX STC VLX 53) paired with a HT5 Helios Technology regulator helps maintain energy autonomy. The engine batteries (100Ah) date from 2020, while the two 100Ah service batteries were replaced in 2021 to ensure stable power supply.
Comfort and onboard amenities
The galley is equipped with a stainless steel double sink, a ENO gas stove with two burners and oven, and a water heater operating on 220V shore power or via the engine cooling circuit. Two 120-litre freshwater tanks provide ample supply. Foot pumps allow distribution of freshwater and seawater as needed. A showerhead in the head and another in the cockpit complete the sanitary facilities.
For electrical connections, I offer 220V and 12V sockets, as well as USB ports for charging devices. The Sony PCG 8113 M radio (FM, CD, and USB) ensures onboard entertainment.
The boom-mounted sun awning and full mooring cover protect the crew from bad weather and sun.
Engine and maintenance
The boat is powered by a Yanmar 3YM 30 engine delivering 28 HP. This engine underwent a full overhaul in April 2023, including a new gearbox and a new seawater pump for optimal reliability.
Sails and rigging
The sail plan includes a 43 m² DELTA VOILE Vortex genoa, a main genoa serviced in 2024, and a 27 m² Delta Full Batten mainsail. For downwind sailing, I have an 89 m² symmetric spinnaker (from a Figaro 2) with pole, sheets, and barber haulers, as well as a 90 m² asymmetric spinnaker with snuffer.
The headsails include a storm jib and a storm staysail on a removable stay, while handling systems are optimized with a lazy jack-lazy bag. The rigging is reinforced with an 8 mm single-strand stainless steel forestay and backstay, as well as 6 mm single-strand stainless steel shrouds and upper shrouds. A Walder boom brake and an illuminated WINDEX wind indicator at the masthead complete the equipment.

The cockpit is equipped with a table and teak gratings for optimal comfort while sailing.
