Catathai 44 - Used Catamaran for Sale
I am selling my Catathai 44 from 2017, a owner version with 3 cabins and 2 heads. This first-hand boat is in excellent condition and fully equipped. Designed for long-distance cruising, it has been constantly modernized and optimized for a comfortable and serene life on board.
Construction and Autonomy
Built to CE standards by the Catathai shipyard in Thailand, this catamaran is entirely energy self-sufficient thanks to 6 solar panels generating a total power of 1,600 W and a 120 L/h desalinator feeding two tanks with a total capacity of 640 L of fresh water. All sanitary facilities operate with fresh water.
Sails and Rigging
The sail inventory is complete and in good condition, including a battened mainsail, a genoa, a code 0, and an asymmetric spinnaker. The standing rigging was replaced in 2024 and the B&G electronics are fully functional.
Construction and Materials
This Catathai 44 benefits from a very reliable construction in vinylester resin and Divinycell foam, making it rot-proof and insensitive to osmosis. After 7 years of sailing in the Indian Ocean and the Atlantic, I am ready to start a new chapter and invite you to live your own adventure aboard this exceptional cruising catamaran.
