Owner's comments
Allures 44
Description
Designed by architects Berret-Racoupeau and built at the Allures Yachting shipyard in Cherbourg, France, this 44-foot full-aluminum centerboarder has made a name for itself. It is the first model from the French shipyard Allures Yachting.
Technical Characteristics
The Allures 44 is a full centerboarder, with an aluminum hull and composite deck. This cruising boat is fast and powerful in rough seas, ideal for sailing in various regions of the world where the shallow draft allows access to anchorages inaccessible to most keelboats. Its deck plan, designed by Michel Desjoyeaux, is very simple to use.
Conception and Use
Its design was conceived from the outset to combine all the characteristics of a true cruising sailboat: aluminum, full centerboarder and dedicated technical area. The Allures 44 is designed for long-distance sailing with a reduced crew, with all maneuvers brought back to the cockpit.
Interior Layout
This Allures 44 is a version with 2 cabins. The cabins include numerous storage spaces, an aft head, and a spacious owner's forward cabin. The living space offers a headroom of over 2 meters, which gives it a real, comfortable and bright space designed for an enjoyable life on board in conviviality.
Onboard Equipment
The kitchen is equipped with a large fridge, a freezer and a spacious worktop ideal for real cooking on board. Its lengthwise design on the starboard side is perfectly suited for use while sailing as it is perfectly braced against the starboard settee of the saloon. The centerboard well is perfectly integrated into the interior layout, allowing for smooth circulation in the saloon and easy access.
Navigation Options
The owners have chosen numerous options for offshore sailing in autonomy and safety:
Embedded Electronics
The embedded electronics are functional and coherent, entirely Furuno.
Sail Wardrobe
The sail wardrobe includes:
Why is this Allures 44 interesting to buy?
