Owner's comments
Description of my Oceanis 55
My Oceanis 55 is a bluewater sailboat complete, carefully and passionately maintained. It's an extremely livable boat with numerous storage spaces and wardrobes, bright and refined, scrupulously maintained. It's a seaworthy boat, very easy to helm (3 to 5 degrees of helm are sufficient), fast (average speeds of 8 knots under sail are common) and stable as the useful heel never exceeds 15 degrees. And it's not roller at anchor.
Performance and Comfort
The hull balance, the comfort of the deck plan and the high standard of fittings guarantee the owner of the Oceanis 55 beautiful sensations while sailing in the greatest safety. The positioning of the mast, the balance of the sail plan, the 45° descent, the electric swim platform, are so many major innovations that make this cruiser an easy sailboat.
