Used Jeanneau Sun Kiss 45 for sale
I am offering for sale my Sun Kiss 45 charter version, a sturdy and seaworthy sailboat, ideal for intensive sailing. This model is fitted with an added aft skirt, similar to that of the Sun Kiss 47, which enhances safety and onboard comfort.
Technical features and equipment
This sailboat has a 320-litre freshwater capacity, allowing for extended autonomous voyages. The sleeping accommodation for 6 to 8 people is distributed across cabins fitted with quality materials, despite their age of nearly 40 years. The hull, made of solid fibreglass polyester, and the deck in balsa-core fibreglass polyester sandwich ensure excellent strength and structural integrity.
The lift weight is 15 tonnes, making harbour manoeuvres easier. The standing rigging is single-strand, and the propeller, recently installed, is folding to optimise performance. The through-hull fittings and quarter-turn valves have been recently replaced for improved watertightness.
The deck equipment includes a Lofran's 1500 W windlass, a plough anchor with 70 metres of D10 chain, and self-tailing winches to facilitate manoeuvres.
History and recent work
My Sun Kiss 45 is a production unit from the builder Jeanneau, renowned for its high-performance and durable sailboats. After 6 months in the yard, this sailboat underwent a complete engine and standing rigging replacement, as well as unstepping the mast and fibreglass work carried out by professionals. These interventions have restored a solid structure and optimal sailing performance.
The navigation electronics have been checked and appear complete and suited to current needs. The interior fittings, though nearly 40 years old, remain functional thanks to the robustness of the original materials.
