"I am selling my Princess 45 in good condition, ready to sail - Engines maintained by a professional.
2024: Engine overhaul (cleaned heat exchangers, new water hoses, replaced seawater pumps) - bow thruster removed and overhauled - Annual fairing in May 2024 - replacement of the generator set (200 hours) - refit of the flybridge electronics - Replacement of 45 meters of new anchor chain.
2023: replacement of all bilge pumps, replacement of all hydraulic steering hoses, refit of electrical connections, embarkation of new freshwater unit, and new mixer taps. Engine painting. 70L 220V water heater.
2021: installation of cable reel, new shore power cable and plug - hull grinding and sanding + epoxy primer - Installation of 2 flexible solar panels 2 x 300 W.
2020: New flybridge cover - new service batteries - hydrolube rings.
2019: embarked a new 24V / 220V 3500 W converter and a freezer.
