Rare on the market, ILES SOUS LE VENT boat from the Tournier shipyard in SOUBISE (17), long lead ballast keel, schooner rigged and fitted out with 2 beautiful double aft cabins, large central saloon with single berth on starboard + fuel stove REFLEKS to be revised, and workshop at the bow.
Built in 1997, it is a solid sailboat with a long keel and ballasted dinghy (2.20m / 1.20m) suitable for long cruises as well as the most remote anchorages.
The through-hull, valves and bilge pumps were replaced in 2017.
The sails are new or recent, the engine and shaft line were changed in 2019.
The electrical panel was completely redone in 2019 and the boat has recent batteries with Victron BMV 702 monitor (2 x 140 A/h 2022 service batteries + 1 90A/h engine battery from 2023), a Mastervolt Ivo compact 12 charger /53-3 with shore power, and photovoltaic panels on rear gantry.
Complete electronics with Humminbird Helix 9 plotter from 2018 on chart table and in the cockpit.
Dometic 2-burner gas cooker (2017), 300L fresh water, 2024 electric toilet, black water tank, Isotemp water heater, CD player.
