BASBOUSA is a 2018 model, built in late 2017 and subject to well-thought-out modifications by previous owners, making it unique in its class: a large saloon opening onto the galley, additional furniture, the starboard hull dedicated to the owners with a very spacious forward head featuring a separate WC, shower, and double sink.
Two double cabins occupy the port side, with a functional workshop/4th cabin in the central passageway, complete with a large fridge-freezer and storage, allowing for comfortable preparation of the boat for long voyages.
Equipped with a PetitJean in-boom furler, BASBOUSA still opts for dynamic sailing with a fully battened mainsail, electric furling genoa, as well as a Code Zero and Gennaker on hydraulic command. Two autopilots, no less than 2,800 W in solar panels, air conditioning, two watermakers, two 3.5 kW inverters plus an additional 2 kW unit, and a bow thruster ensure ease of maneuvering. In short, a vessel designed for long-term optimal comfort, reliability, and reduced crew operation!
Since 2022, its current owner has continuously optimized its overall condition; fully operational, the mast and rigging have undergone a complete survey and it is being prepared for the 2026 season by a professional yard, ensuring BASBOUSA is ready for a new chapter!
