Beautiful C&C 37/40 XL built in 1991 by C&C YACHTS in Canada.
Solidly built with an epoxy hull, this fast sailboat will delight you with its behavior on the water at all points of sail.
Layout with 2 cabins, including a very beautiful aft cabin under the cockpit, a heads, an L-shaped galley, and a spacious saloon including the navigation corner. The interior is warm with its teak joinery in excellent condition. The equipment is complete, with two sets of sails including one in Kevlar fabric from 2020 (mainsail and genoa), a LOMBARDINI engine from 1998 (1750 hours, evolving) with a shaft line and a 3-blade folding propeller "MAXPROP". Electronics include a RAYMARINE EV-200 autopilot from 2021 and an AXIOM 7 GPS from 2020. 4 batteries of 100 AH from 2023 and a CRISTEC charger from 2021. This boat is available immediately.
