Owner's comments
Boat in excellent condition. Numerous extras, including autopilot, 12V to 220V inverter, radar, battery charger, GPS, fridge, gas stove, 220V outlet, etc.
Equipped with 2 dual propeller hubs for better performance. Ratio 290DP 1.95, and I have 2 single propeller hubs as spares.
Diesel central heating, hot water, grey water tank, mattresses, winter cover, hardwood interior.
Electronics
Furuno GPS/plotter in the cockpit and flybridge - radio in the cockpit and flybridge - depth sounder - autopilot in the cockpit and flybridge - 12V to 220V inverter and many other extras.

One point to note is that the boat was in freshwater from 1985 to 2021.
This means less wear and tear than if it had been in saltwater, and it shows in the condition of the boat.
