FIRST 325 PTE – Livable Sailboat, Performant
First 325 PTE built by Bénéteau in 1984, solid, fast, and comfortable. This model remains a sure value on the market thanks to its nautical lines, pleasant interior layout, and sailing performances.
This is the PTE version (Shallow Draft), particularly interesting for navigating in shallow areas, estuaries, rias, Southern Brittany, or certain river areas.

A complete expertise dated October 2024 confirms a healthy structure, no keel stepping or deformation, and highlights a few points to monitor or to bring up to standard (standing rigging original, safety elements, a few interior and exterior aesthetic details). The keel bolts are in good condition as they had to be replaced by one of the previous owners.
